Collectorabilia November 25, 2023 is pleased to welcome Saturday morning favorites – from the original Land of the Lost – actors Kathy Coleman and Wesley Eure!

KATHY COLEMAN

Kathleen Coleman was born on February 18, 1962. Her claim to fame is for her portrayal of “Holly Marshall” on Land of the Lost (1974), a show which first ran on Saturday mornings on NBC from September 1974 to December 1976.

Her straight bangs and braids, along with her red and white checked shirt and corduroys became her trademark. Holly was the first love for many who grew up watching the show. She married at age 18 and had two sons. She worked on her father-in-laws dairy farm in Fallon, Nevada with her husband for several years before they divorced around 1987, after which she moved back to the Los Angeles area.

WESLEY EURE

Wesley Eure has an extensive background as an author, television writer, producer, performer, charity fundraiser, lecturer, plus a stage and television director.

Wesley is a veteran television star of two major network series, DAYS OF OUR LIVES and LAND OF THE LOST, an author of five books, the creator of PBS’ number one show for preschoolers, DRAGON TALES, and he hosted Nickelodeon’s #1 game show, FINDERS KEEPERS.

Wesley is co-developer of PBS’s award winning series DRAGON TALES, now in it’s seventh year and can be seen nationally every weekday. The show is an international hit appealing to preschoolers. It’s produced by The Children’s Television Network and Sony Pictures and has spawned over a hundred books, toys, cereals, DVDs, and even a live stage show.

For nine years he starred in NBC-TV’s Emmy-winning DAYS OF OUR LIVES playing the role of Michael Horton, Jr. He was nominated for Best Daytime Series Actor and is the recipient of Radio-TV Mirror Awards and Photoplay Awards.

Simultaneously he also starred in Sid and Marty Kroft’s popular children’s adventure series, LAND OF THE LOST, which lead NBC-TV’s Saturday morning line-up for three years. After all of his classical training Wesley is now known for the line, “Run Holly, run! There’s a dinosaur!”

Wesley co-produced, wrote and acted in FOX Television’s hidden camera shows TOTALLY HIDDEN VIDEO and PAYBACK. He also wrote and directed SPY TV for NBC.

Wesley received top billing in Hanna-Barbera’s delightful comedy, C.H.O.M.P.S., which also starred Valerie Bertinelli, Red Buttons, Jim Backus, Herimone Baddly and Conrad Bain.

For you horror film fans, you will recognize him as the fiendish murderer in TOOL BOX MURDERS and the nasty guy who gets eaten by snakes in JENNIFER.
